Harina Dulce for those that are not quite sure, translates to "sweet flour".
This story starts like many, with a love for the kitchen. Breakfast, Lunch or dinner it does not matter, all things food are great! But there is nothing like the aroma of something rich and sweet coming from the oven. That's what got me started. Who doesn't love something sweet!
The idea of Harina Dulce came about a couple years back when two friends came together in a passionate discussion about baking, sharing recipes and remembering as a child how excited you became with the sight of a frosted dessert. We agreed that homemade is always better. The idea was born! Here I am today taking pride and joy in creating quality desserts for everyone to enjoy.
